i just presented my Mistress with a brand <spanking> new pair of high shine black leather boots. mmmmm sexy! I've never blacked a new pair of boots before and am wondering if there is anything special I need to do before working on them. Cat Scratch Fever

Hi.
My name is Gerry and I am new to this group. I've been active in the Portland, OR scene for over five years now.
I have a pair of Wesco Boots and recently while visiting my mom her cat decided to attack my boots blessing them with many claw marks (scratches really).
Does anybody have any experiences that will be helpful in removing cat scratch?

I was looking for the hanky code for boot worship, and I have yet to find one. There is coral for foot worship, but nothing for boots. What do people use for boot worship? It is quite different from foot worship, and I definately don't consider it heavy SM so black is out of the question...

Okay, yeah, they aren't the most exciting boots out there. But they are comfy and despite the heel (or maybe because of it) are rather good for kicking things. And I like kicking things. I especially like kicking people in the shins. It's a leftover habit from when I was a soccer player...

SF Cobbler?

I have a pair of twenty-eye Undergound boot that are in need of a major overhaul (re-sole, some leather patching, some eyelet replacement) as well as a modification or two.

Thus, I'm looking for a skilled yet affordable cobbler in SF or the Bay Area. I've seen a lot of cobblers around, but rather than just drop my boots off at some random shop I'd really like to take them to someone who won't just rush through and do a slapdash job. I love these boots and want them to last as long as possible.

Any recommedations?
